I am going to do a quick update. We have been in the middle of a move and without a computer for awhile so I have not been able to post. I have been busy with birthdays, halloween and christmas and wanted to update all on those holidays.
First was Jacobs 1st birthday. We had a blast. We had it at my moms house and set up a pool in the back yard for the kids and the insdie was full of food for the adults.
Second was halloween which was a blast. We did not celebrate halloween a lot as kids because we were usually at Disneyland (way more fun), so this was my first halloween in a long time. Benjamin was Fred Flintstone(my sister "Pea" made the costume) and Jacob was a dinosuar. We taught Ben to sat yabba-dabba do and he did once the whole night. We put Jacob in his costume and without any instruction he started to growl. It was so cute that we put him in his costume for entertainment over the next week. 
About a week before Halloween we had our annual pumpkin carving party at my Brother-in-laws house. Benjamin was not intersested in carving but loved pulling out the gooey insided of the pumpkin. Him and his uncle cleaned out almost all of them and Benjamin would say EWWWW! with every handful that he pulled out. I also made my first cupcake cake that was a pumpkin and was very proud of it.
In attendance was a friend of the families who was pregnant and due on the first of november. We painted her belly and made it a pumpkin. Funny thing was that I think we willed her baby to come on Halloween she was born in the morning of halloween a week before she was due.
